Really interesting post. I took the test and came out with an optimum bedtime of 12:15am, which just about fits. It takes me a while to get going in the morning, but once I have, I find this time (and the evening) productive. In the afternoon I’m no use to anyone! Probably in an ideal world (or Spain), I’d have a siesta.
